After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Election Tribunal for challenging the impugned order. With the aforesaid liberty, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.

Needless to say that we have not examined the merits of the matter and the Election Tribunal shall deal with the matter if filed, in accordance with law.

The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
