First Appeal No. 474 of 2014 Admit Civil Application No. 1916 of 2012 This application is moved by the applicant to stay the operation and execution of the award dated 29th November, 2011 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No. 1181 of 2001.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant/insurance company has deposited the entire amount and hence, she prays for stay.
