Heard Mr.S.S. Hardikar, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Ms.Vaishali Nimbalkar, learned A.G.P. for respondents No.2 and 3State. 3.

Mr. Hardikar seeks leave to withdraw this Petition on the ground that against the order dated 8.3.2017 passed by the Deputy Director of Land Records, Pune Region, Pune, the petitioners have an equally efficacious alternate remedy of filing revision application before the State Government. He states that within four weeks from today, the petitioners will file revision application before the State

2/2 508.WP.5119-17.doc [Rama v Kondu] Government. He further submitted that in the meantime, the proceedings before the District Superintendent of Land Records, Pune may be stayed as he has condoned the delay of 35 years in filing the appeal.

In view thereof on the motion made by Mr. Hardikar, on the motion made by Mr. Hardikar, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file revision application. Revision Application shall be filed and served on the other side within four weeks from today. The petitioners shall obtain suitable interim orders from the State Government within two weeks thereafter. For a period of six weeks from today, District Superintendent of Land Records, Pune shall not proceed with the hearing of the appeal. All parties, including the District Superintendent of Land Records, Pune to act upon the authenticated copy of this order.
