The applicants herein have filed these applications under section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code, apprehending their arrest in Crime No.170/2017 registered at Mangaon Police Station for offences punishable under sections 141, 149, 323, 392, 504 and 506 r/w. Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and other provisions of Bombay Police Act.

Heard Mr. Sachin R. Pawar, learned counsel for the applicants
and Mr. S.R. Agarkar, learned APP for the State. I have perused the records and considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsels for the respective parties.

By order dated 09th April, 2018 and 04th January, 2018 this Court had granted interim bail to the applicants. Mr. S.R. Agarkar, learned APP concedes that the investigation is complete and that the presence of the applicants is not required in custody. He further submits that the charge sheet would be filed within next 15 days. Statement is accepted.

In the light of said statement and also in view of the reasons stated in the order dated 09/04/2018 and 04/01/2018, Anticipatory Bail Applications are allowed on following terms and conditions :- (a) In the event of arrest of the applicants in Crime No.170/2017, they shall be released on bail on furnishing fresh bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount, to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer.
(b) The applicants shall remain present before the Investigating
Officer as and when required by the Investigating Officer for the purpose of interrogation.
(c) The applicants shall furnish the details of their permanent as well as temporary address and their contact number to the Investigating Officer.
(d) The applicants shall not interfere with the witnesses in any manner.
(e) The applicants shall not change their residential address without prior intimation to the Investigating Officer. (f) The applicants shall not leave jurisdiction of Mangaon Police Station.
