The substantial prayer in the present application is as follow :- "(b) The Hon'ble Court by passing an appropriate order may be pleased to quash and set aside the order dated 31.03.2015 passed by the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 22nd Court, Andheri, Mumbai in CC No. 2747/SS/2014 below Exhibit 1, thereby issuing process against the applicant." 2.

Mr Shashank Shubham, learned counsel for the applicants, brought to the notice of this Court that the CC No. 2747/SS/2014 is already disposed of by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 22nd Court, Andheri, Mumbai vide order dated 11 November 2022 and placed on record a copy of the said order.

In view of this, nothing survives in this application. The application stands dismissed as infructuous.
