In Crime No. 6/2018 registered with Kamothe Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 420, 406 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail. Applicant-accused has shown his bonafides by depositing Rs. 10 Lakhs.

The allegations against the applicant are of fraudulently accepting money from the prospective candidate seeking admission to medical course.

2 26.681.18 aba.doc As there are no antecedents and applicant has shown bonafides by depositing amount of Rs. 10 Lakhs, following order: (A) The Ad-interim protection ordered by this Court on 09/04/2018 stands confirmed.

(B) Applicant to attend Investigating Officer on 08/02/2019, 11/02/2019 and 13/02/2019 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed. (C) Applicant shall make available the place of permanent abode and contact number.

(D) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.

(E) If applicant is found in similar type of offence, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail. Application stands disposed of.
