Issue notices to the Respondent nos.1 and 2 returnable after two weeks. The learned counsel submits that, till today as per his information no third party right is created in the suit shop and an amount of Rs.16 Lac approximately was paid in the year 2011 by the Appellants to the Respondents. Hence, the Respondents are directed not to create any third party right in the suit shop. This will continue for two weeks. 2.

Stand over to 21st September, 2015.
