The petitioner and the Advocate are absent.

The petitioner was absent also on 6-9-2016. On 4-10-2016, the petitioner appeared through her Advocate and the following order was passed:- "Learned APP has placed on record report dated 4/10/2016 in respect of missing girl since the year 2005. At the relevant time, girl was minor. It is submitted that in connection with the kidnapping of missing girl, charge-sheet has been filed against the

suresh 901-WP-1619.2014.doc accused persons. It is submitted that the Crime Branch, Social Services Wing, is investigating the matter. Stand over to 21/11/2016. High on board."

Thereafter, this matter with such similar matters was listed by us for direction in order to find out whether it survives or not. On 10-11-2017, a detailed order was passed. 4.

In pursuance of that order, today the matter is placed for direction and once again we find that the petitioner, Sushma Anil Kamble, and her Advocate are absent. In the circumstances, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. (SMT. BHARATI H. DANGRE, J.) (S.C. DHARMADHIKARI, J.)
