This is a second Bail Application as the applicant/accused is facing charges under sections 302, 120B, 201, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code in C.R. No.310 of 205 registered with Manpada Police Station, Thane. The first Bail Application of the applicant/accused was rejected on 13.4.2016.

I am informed that as on today, five witnesses are examined. Witnesses not deposing about the implication of the present applicant/accused itself cannot be a ground to grant bail and the

In view of this, the Bail Application is rejected. However, the learned trial Judge to expedite the trial.
