Having regard to the relief sought vide prayer clause (a) they all revolve around the implementation of the slum rehabilitation scheme for the slum dwellers in question. In our view, the disputes raised and the relief sought by the Petitioner would lie within the jurisdiction of the High Power Committee constituted for the said purpose. We therefore do not deem it appropriate to entertain the above Petition, we however, grant liberty to the Petitioner to move the High Power Committee. If the Petitioner approaches the High Power Committee by filing any application, needless to state that the High Power Committee would consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law. With the directions as aforesaid, the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
