Mr. Barge, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant after arguing the Bail Application for some time seeks withdrawal of the same. He only requests that the trial be expedited. 2.

As the Applicant is incarcerated since 27th September 2020, the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously.

The Applicant is granted liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of 8 months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such, subject to above.
