Mali, API, attached to Vishrantwadi Police Station, Pune submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, the police have filed charge-sheet in the Court of J.M.F.C., Khadki on 26th February, 2018 and the same has been numbered as R.C.C. No.105 of 2018. That, the trial Court has issued NonBailable Warrant against the Petitioner as he did not attend the said case. 2) In view of the above, the Petitioner is at liberty to pursue for cancellation of Non-Bailable Warrant and/or to contest the said case i.e. R.C.C.
