1] Heard learned counsel for the parties. Although various prayers have been made in the present Writ Petition, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has filed Revision Application under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960, on 1st October, 2018 and has also sought for interim order therein. 2] Learned counsel for the Petitioner asserts that though the matter has not been taken up by the Revisional Authority till date, in particular, regarding interim directions, proceedings have been continued by the District Deputy Registrar for fixation of the upset prize of the property. 1/2

(5)WPS-10120-19.doc 3] In this view of the matter, we are of the considered view that ends of justice would meet by directing the Revisional Authority to consider and dispose off the interim application filed in the Revision Application within a period of two weeks from today.
