The Petitioner stated to be a member of an Organization has filed this Petition against three private parties carrying out work of Ready-mix Cement, which according to the Petitioner is not legal and cognizance should have been taken by the State and Municipal Authorities.

Therefore, we have serious doubt as regards bonafides of this Petitioner who ought to have taken interest, if the cause was so serious, which he has not taken for last four years.

We therefore, dispose of the Writ Petition keeping the cause open to be considered if it is brought forth by a public spirited bonafide person.
