Learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, states that she is ready to deposit the amount adjudicated under Section 7Q of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952. Hence, till disposal of the appeal, there shall be interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).

The amount shall be deposited before the Provident Fund Authority within four weeks from today.

The writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. No costs.
