Mr. Mishra, learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions, submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 5th May 2021, Petitioner appeared before the Trial Court on 16th June 2021. That, the non-bailable warrant issued against the Petitioner has been cancelled by the Trial Court. He further submitted that, the proclamation issued against the Petitioner under Section 82(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been withdrawn by the Trial Court. He submitted that, the Trial Court has now listed the said case for further proceedings on 30th June 2021. 2.

In view of the fact that, the non-bailable warrant issued against the Petitioner has been cancelled and proclamation has been withdrawn Pg 1 of 2

Tauseef 03-WP.1817.2021.doc by the Trial Court, the prayer clauses (b) and (c) of the Petition have been worked out. The grievance of the Petitioner as of today does not survive. 3.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
