This is a petition for quashing the private complaint cases pending against the petitioners in the court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 2nd Court, Mazagaon. 15-wp-1590.2015.sxw instructed by respondent no. 1 to resolve the dispute amicably and that respondent no. 1 has no objection if the proceedings pending against the petitioner in the court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 2nd Court, Mazgaon are quashed. The communication received from respondent no.1 addressed to his lawyer M/s. SRS Legal is taken on record and marked as Exh. "A". In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners that this dispute as well as other disputes between the same parties have been amicably resolved and in view of the statement made by respondent no. 1, this court passes the following order :

The proceedings against petitioners pending in the court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 2nd Court, Mazgaon vide Criminal Case No. 0200180/SW/2008 shall stand quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled. Petition stands disposed of. (JUDGE)
