} Respondents None for the petitioner.
Mr. Rakesh Singh i/b. M/s. M. V. Kini and Co. for respondent no. 1.
CORAM :- S. C. DHARMADHIKARI & B. P. COLABAWALLA, JJ.
DATED :- OCTOBER 21, 2016 P.C. :- 1.
Mr. Rakesh Singh appearing for respondent no. 1 states that this court passed a detailed order on 18th April, 2015. After that date, the petitioner has approached the bank and settled the claim. As the ad-interim injunction is refused, the petitioner and his advocate both may not be interested in proceeding with the writ petition. What Mr. Singh informs us is the position prevailing today. In these circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
