Learned APP states on instructions states that the prosecution intends to examine only 6 more witnesses in the present case. 2.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned APP, on instructions, the learned counsel for the applicant does not press this Application and seeks to withdraw the same. She submitted that vide order dated 8th June, 2016, this Court (Coram:P.N.Deshmukh,J.) had granted extension of 3 months to dispose of the trial of the applicant. 1/2

The Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial preferably, within the said extended period.
