The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner draws our attention to the judgment dated 2-12-2015 passed in Criminal Application No.814 of 2014 as also the judgment dated 10-10-2016 passed in Criminal Application No.1358 of 2015. By the said judgments, the FIR in question has been quashed. Against the judgment dated 10-10-2016, the Petitioner has approached the Apex Court, the said proceedings are pending in which according to the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, notice has been issued by the Apex Court. In view thereof, the above Criminal Writ Petition filed for transfer of the investigation to another investigating agency, has turned infructuous. It would be contingent upon the order passed by the Apex Court that the Petitioner would be entitled to renew his prayer for the reliefs sought in the above Criminal Writ Petition. The above Criminal Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous.
