DATE: OCTOBER 06, 2021 P.C.:- 1] While claiming parity with other accused persons in the capacity of Director of Multipurpose Co-operative Society, Counsel for the Applicant on instructions informs that amount of Rs 30,60,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs Sixty Thousand only) will be deposited in cash in the Trial Court within a period of three months from today. Since the statement is made on instructions, same is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

2] As such case of the Applicant appears to be on par with other accused persons viz. Santosh Jadhav, Kishor Jadhav, Manish Rane Ashok Baravkar and Pramod Borate who were ordered to be released 1/2

3] As such, once the Applicant deposits entire amount as referred to above i.e. Rs 30,60,000/- in the Trial Court, Applicant is directed to be released on bail in Special MPID Case No.15 of 2019 pending before Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Thane arising out of C.R. No.120 of 2019 registered at APMC Police Station, Thane (E.O.W. of Navi Mumbai) on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs 25,000/- ( Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with one or more sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall neither tamper with the evidence nor try to directly or indirectly influence the prosecution witnesses and the complainant. Applicant assures that he shall attend the trial regularly. If not, suo motu proceedings may be initiated by the Sessions Court for cancellation of the bail of the Applicant. ( NITIN W. SAMBRE, J. ) 2/2
