Heard the learned counsels for the respective parties. 2.

By this application, the applicant / insurance company has sought stay of the execution of judgment and award dated 27th October, 2015 passed by the Chairman, MACT, Ratnagiri in MACP No. 04 of 2014 wherein the Claims Tribunal has awarded compensation of Rs.18,27,000/- inclusive of no fault liability, with interest @ 7.5% per annum to the respondent nos.1 to 3 herein from the date of application till realization of full amount and proportionate costs. 3.

Ms. Deepika Prabhala, learned counsel for the applicant states

P.H. Jayani 11 CAF2969.16.doc that the appellant / insurance company has already deposited entire amount alongwith interest accrued thereon before the Claims Tribunal as per the judgment and award. Statement is accepted. 4.

In the light of said statement, execution of judgment and award dated 27th October, 2015 passed by the Chairman, MACT, Ratnagiri in MACP No. 04 of 2014 is stayed till the disposal of appeal. 5.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
