Heard the learned Advocates for the parties and by consent, the following order is passed :

(i) The suspension allowance payable to the Petitioner by the Respondents upon his suspension after 31-03-2017, if not paid, shall be paid within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.

(ii)As far as backwages of the Petitioner is concerned, the Advocate for the Respondent No.2 has informed the Court that after conducting a departmental inquiry, the services of the Petitioner has been terminated by an order dated 17-112017. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to challenge the said termination wherein he shall also be entitled to claim his backwages. However, if any such application is filed, the same shall be decided on its own merits.
