Ms. Lodha learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that her client has received the possession of shop. She further submits that her client has prepared Demant Draft of Rs.41,400/- in favour of the Court Receiver of the Bombay High Court is ready and she will be paying the said amount to the Court Receiver within a period of one week. Ms. Lodha further submits that she is not pressing for Contempt Petition.
