2] I am informed that order impugned is passed in exercise of powers under the provisions of Money Lending Act. Vide said order, prayer of the Petitioner in Appeal No.2 of 2021 came to be rejected. As a sequel, sale in favour of the Petitioner was set aside. 3] I am informed that Mutation Entry is already effected in favour of the Respondent in whose favour the order was passed. 4] In the aforesaid backdrop, parties to the Petition are in agreement that Appeal itself can be decided expeditiously. 1/2

48 WP-3067-22.doc 5] As such, it is directed that Appeal No.02 of 2021 pending on the file of Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Pune be decided expeditiously and in any case within a period of four months from the date of production of this order. Till such appeal is decided, parties hereto agree that they shall be maintaining status quo in relation to status of the property.

6] Petition is accordingly disposed of.
