The grievance of the petitioners is that initially the approval was granted in regards to the appointment of petitioner no.3. However the same was cancelled vide order dated 7th August, 2015 (Exhibit-H) without giving opportunity of hearing. According to learned counsel for the petitioners thereafter the Education Officer Zilla Parishad Solapur had issued a communication dated 20th January, 2016 (Exhibit-K) by which the petitioner no.3 was called for hearing. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on 2nd February, 2016 the matter was

rpa 2/2 wp-5820-16.doc heard by the Education Officer but till date decision has not been taken in regard to the petitioners' grievance. Keeping in view the aforesaid as prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent no.1 to take decision in regard to the matter which has been heard in pursuance to the communication dated 20th January, 2016 (Exhibit-K) in regard to approval of appointment of petitioner no.3 as expeditious as possible but not later than one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of.
