A praecipe is moved for withdrawal of the bail application with liberty to file an appropriate application for bail in the Sessions Court, Bombay as during the pendency of this bail application charge-sheet is filed. 2.

In this view of the matter, the application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for and disposed of accordingly.

It is made clear that I have not made any observations on the merits of the matter.

If any such application is filed, the Sessions Court is shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.
