Mr. Kadam, who has filed this petition submits that he is no longer appearing in the matter. He submits that on 2nd February 2022, when the Interim Application No. 433 of 2022, was heard, it was recorded that he is no longer representing the petitioner. He submits that some other advocate appeared through Video Conferencing and had undertaken to file Vakalatnama. There is neither any Vakalatnama filed by any other advocate on record, nor there is any order passed for discharge of Mr. Kadam. Page no. 1 of 2

Since, Mr Kadam, submits that he is no longer representing the petitioner and no other advocate has appeared, writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
