For the reasons stated in the Applications, the Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The Applicants in Anticipatory Bail Application Nos. 622 of 2018 and 623 of 2018, are hereby directed to implead the first informant Dr. Kedar Ganla as Respondent No.2. The said amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the said Applications be served upon the Respondent No.2- first informant.
