He, however, requests that the trial of the petitioner be expedited. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. All contentions of all parties are kept open.

The trial of the petitioner is expedited. The learned Judge to decide the case on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this petition.
