Since the trial has commenced and evidence is being recorded, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of the petitioner, who is present in Court, does not press this petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same. He, however, requests that the trial of the petitioner be expedited. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. All contentions of all parties are kept open.

The trial of the petitioner is expedited. The learned Judge to decide the case on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this petition.
