The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the valuation of First Appeal is below Rs.10 lacs. Hence, in view of insertion of Section 28C in Maharashtra Civil Courts Act, office is directed to verify the same, and transfer the matter to the concerned District Court immediately.

If matter is transferred to the District Court, interim relief granted by this Court to continue till the matter appears on board before the District Court.
