Though the above Writ Petition has been filed for quashing of the chargesheet filed in C.R. No.111 of 2016 registered with Kashimira Police Station, Thane for the offences punishable under Sections 376(N), 328, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, the learned counsel for the Petitioner Shri Rushikesh Kale, after arguing for sometime, would submit that the Petitioner would be satisfied if the trial of the case in question being Sessions Case No.346 of 2017 is expedited. Having regard to the said submission and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it appropriate to expedite trial of the said Sessions Case No.346 of 2017. With the directions as aforesaid, the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
