These applications are moved by the applicant for permission to go abroad i.e., United States of America (San Jose State University, San Jose, CA) to attend the graduation of his daughter on 27.5.2016. Therefore, he seeks permission to travel to USA from 20th May, 2016 to 27th June, 2016.

Learned Prosecutor informs the Court that the Investigating Officer has verified whether his daughter is studying in the San Jose University or not and she informs that the Investigating Officer has received email confirming the facts which are stated in the application. 4.

In view of this, this applications are allowed with the following order: i) The applicant is permitted to travel to USA from 20.5.2016 to 27.6.2016.

ii) The applicant is permitted to apply for the Passport and Visa accordingly.

iii) The applicant shall furnish all the details of his itinerary, place of residence in USA, etc. to the Investigating Officer. 5.
