This application is moved for relaxation of condition No.(iii) pertaining to attendance in para 4 of the order dated 1.8.2014 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.914 of 2014. The learned Counsel for the applicant/accused submits that the applicant/accused was directed to attend the concerned police station on every Monday and every Friday between 6pm to 7pm, till filing of chargesheet. He submits that the chargesheet is not filed by the police till today and since last 1 year, he has been attending the police station as per the order. 3.
Learned APP submits that she has no instructions whether the chargesheet is filed or not.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the applicant/accused that the applicant/accused is attending the concerned police station on every Monday and every Friday and as the chargesheet is not filed till today, the condition of attendance in the order dated 1.8.2014 is hereby relaxed.
