Petitioners challenge the order 20/3/2015 passed by the respondent no.2, thereby directing demolition of the petitioners' house, situated on land bearing Survey No.52, Hissa No.7, Village Pisavali, Taluka Kalyan, District - Thane (Exhibit -E).

Learned counsel appearing for the MMRDA submits that by order/notification dated 30/4/2016, MMRDA ceased to be the Planning Authority for the concerned area on which the subject structure is situated.
