1] This is an application seeking permission to travel abroad as per the itinerary annexed at Exhibit-U (Page No.137) to the present application.
2] The record indicates that by orders dated 19/09/2017, 12/12/2017, 28/12/2017, 16/07/2018, 27/08/2018 and 28/09/2018 the applicant was permitted to travel abroad and it was directed that on her return she will deposit her passport with the Investigating Agency 1/2
osk 41-appln-156-2019.odt i.e. Khar Police Station, Mumbai, within the stipulated period. The record indicates that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has stayed the present criminal proceedings and has directed the parties herein to approach the Mediator to resolve the dispute amongst them. 3] In view thereof, the following order :- (i) The present application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (c) read with modified itinerary at Exhibit-U at page No.137 of the present application. The applicant shall return to India on or before 31st January 2020. (ii) The Investigating Agency i.e. Khar Police Station, Mumbai, is directed to hand over the passport to the applicant immediately.
(iii) The Applicant is directed to deposit her passport within a period of one week from 31st January 2020 i.e. the date of her return of India.
(iv) The Applicant is further directed to give specific itinerary to the Investigating Agency, in case of any modification in itinerary, annexed at page 137 of the present application.
(v) All the concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this Order.
