P.C.:- 1) Present Petition was heard at length on earlier two occasions. 2) Taking into consideration the ages of the Petitioner Nos.2 and 3, this Court had suggested Mr. Merchant, learned counsel for the Respondent No.5 to make an endeavour to resolve the disputes and differences between the parties amicably.
3) Today, Mr. Merchant, submitted that the parties herein have arrived at an amicable settlement and Minutes of Order dated 22nd December, 2023 are accordingly drawn.
He tendered across the bar Minutes of Order dated 22nd December, 2023 duly signed by, the Advocate for the Petitioners, Advocate 1/2

3.1) The undertakings stated by the respective parties in the said Minutes of Order are accepted as undertakings given to this Court. 4) Learned Advocate for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.2 to 5 on instructions make statement before this court that, all the covenants and/or undertakings mentioned in the Minutes of Order dated 22nd December., 2023 will be adhered to by the respective parties without any demur or protest. The said statement is accepted. 5) Petition is allowed in terms of Minutes of Order dated 22nd December, 2023.
