By this appeal, Insurance Company is challenging Judgment and award dated 10/10/2016 passed by MACT, Daman in Claim Appilcaiton no.10/2014 holding that respondents/claimants are entitled sum of Rs.5,25,000/- by way of compensation. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for appellant and the grounds raised in first appeal, I am satisfied that appellant has made out a case for following order. a) Admit.
