The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks withdrawal of the above Petition with liberty to file a Suit under Section 23 of the Mamletdar Courts Act. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Needless to state that if any such Suit is filed, the same would be tried on its own merits and in accordance with law.
