This is an application for restoration of the application seeking condonation of delay which was dismissed on 12th March 2018. The said application was dismissed for want of prosecution. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that on that day the learned counsel appearing for the applicant was not keeping well and therefore had leave the Court and thereafter, the applicant had learnt that the matter was dismissed. However, due to personal difficulties of the advocate the matter could not be restored forthwith. 2.

For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 3 and 4 of the application the order dated 12th March 2019 deserves to be recalled. varsha
