This This is an application for bail filed by the applicant who is accused no.1 in Sessions Case No.142 of 2015 pending before the Sessions Court, Nashik. The previous bail application being BA/1416/2015 was dismissed by order dated 27th November, 2015. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that Identification Parade was held on 7th March, 2015. However, report of the same has not been furnished to her despite the orders of the Sessions Court. At this stage, the learned APP undertakes to submit the copy of the report within a period of eight days. The learned Counsel for pps
