The petitioner has taken exception to the order dated 09.03.2016 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune in RTS Revision Application No. 154 of 2015, vacating the stay granted in favour of the petitioner.

The record indicates that, petitioner has preferred the said RTS Revision Application No. 154 of 2015 before the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune against the order dated 30.10.2015 passed in RTS/2/A/103/2013 by the Additional Collector, Solapur. That, by order dated 23.12.2015 the Additional Commissioner had granted stay to the impugned order in the said revision which was extended from time to time and on 09.03.2016 without assigning any reasons, the said stay has been vacated. In view of the fact that the aforestated RTS Revision 1/2

(33) WP 6816-16 Application No. 154 of 2015 is pending for final adjudication before the concerned authority i.e. Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune, I hereby direct the said authority to conclude the hearing of the said revision within six months from today. Till the decision of the said revision, the stay granted by order dated 23.12.2015 by the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune shall remain in force.
