This Civil Application is moved by the applicants/original claimants for withdrawal of the amount which was deposited by the Insurance Company.

The learned counsel for the respondent/insurance company submitted that the insurance company has deposited total amount of Rs.15 lakhs plus interest accrued thereon. She submitted that the insurance company has filed the Appeal mainly on the point of quantum.
