The learned APP on instruction of the Investigating Officer Shri A Y Sawant, PSI, Kopari Police Station, Thane, who is personally present in Court, states that the charge sheet has been filed on 22/05/2010 and now bears the Case No.RCC No.206 of 2013. The learned APP further states that the charge has also been framed and the case is kept for hearing on 12/09/2017.

In view thereof no relief can be granted to the Petitioners in the above Criminal Writ Petition. The above Criminal Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, statutory remedies, if any, of the Petitioners are kept open.
