By order dated 25/04/2022, the applicant was admitted to the interim protection in the crime invoking Sections 323, 498-A, 406, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C.. Recording a prima facie case in favour of the applicant to the effect that the allegations do not per se constitute offence of cruelty, the applicant was directed to co-operate with the investigation.

The learned A.P.P., on instructions of the Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court, states that the applicant has co-operated in the investigation and his custody is no more required for concluding the investigation.

Accepting the said statement, order dated 25/04/2022 is made absolute, subject to the same stipulation that the applicant shall continue to co-operate with the investigation. 5.

The application stands disposed off.
