Perused the order dated 30th June, 2015 passed in the aforesaid writ petition.

Mrs. Mhatre, learned APP submits that the petitioner's application filed for parole on 10th February, 2015 has been already rejected by the Divisional Commissioner by an order dated 20th May, 2015. She has placed on record, a copy of the said order. The only grievance made by the petitioner in this petition is that his application dated 23rd/24th December, 2014 is not decided.
