Having regard to the fact that the charge-sheet has already been filed, we do not deem this a fit case to exercise our jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. However, it would be open for the Applicant to take appropriate recourse under the Code of Criminal Procedure. Any such application is filed, needless to state that the same would be tried on its own merits and in accordance with the law. With the observations as aforesaid, the Application is disposed of.
