The learned A.P.P. on instructions submitted that, the trial has already commenced and as of today the prosecution has examined seven witnesses.

In view thereof, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail.

The learned Addition Sessions Judge seized of the trial pertaining to Sessions Case No. 84/2013 is hereby requested to make an endeavor to conduct the trial on day to day basis, as it is submitted that, the applicant is in Jail for more than five
