The petitioner's grievance is that the order passed by Division Bench of this Court (Coram: Anoop V. Mohta and A.A. Sayed, JJ) dated 11th August, 2014 is not complied with. Paragraph-4 of the order reads as under:- "
Therefore, by keeping all points open, we are disposing of the present Petition by directing Respondent
2/2 903cp377.15.sxw No.4 to decide the representation dated 22 June 2014 as expeditiously as possible by giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties. There shall be no order as to costs."

Learned Counsel appearing for respondents submits that order has been complied with and affidavit to that effect has been filed. The order passed by the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education dated 19th May, 2015 is annexed with the affidavit as 'Annexure B'. 4.
In view of the statement made in the order passed (Annexure-B), Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
