Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the Accused persons were already chargesheeted on 23.7.2021 for offences punishable u/s 306 and other allied Sections. 3.

In this background, having regard to the prayer in the petition, which is for registration of offence punishable u/s 302, 306 of the Indian Penal Code, nothing survives in the petition. The petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
